Chemical Safety Cabinet (Purification Syatem Type)
YLK chemical safety cabinet (purification system type) included three series: YPD-45B toxic storage cabinet (blue), YPR-45B flammable storage cabinet (yellow) and YPK-45B combustible storage cabinet (red).
Application
1. The yellow YPR-45B is used for storing flammable items.
2. The red YPK-45B is used for storing combustible items.
3. The blue YPD-45B is used for storing weak corrosive items or weak acids and alkalis.
Access Instructions for Hazardous Chemicals
1. Do not store for long time.
2. It should be delicated to storing hazardous chemicals.
3. The storage caontainer shoul be in good condition.
4. The volatile corrosive gas should be sealed on the upper layer.
5. It should be storage in different layer or cabinet for different chemical properties.
6. It should be stored separately for fire-resistant and fire-flighting conflict items.
7. It is forbidden to store toxic cabinet and inorganic oxidants/strong acid together.
8. Two-person management, including accessing, using and locking.
9. The obsoleting chemicals should be destroyed in time at appointed location.
10. Keep ventilating to ensure the cabinet working life.
