Vibratory Disk Mill
Vibratory Disk Mill also called laboratory sealed sample pulverizer, it is small capacity on crushing the material such as hard nonmetallic mineral into powder, which has been widely used in the laboratory of the coal, mining, metallurgy, power, chemistry and building industries.
The working way of this machine is vibrating grinding type.The material will load into the bowl, there is crushing ring and crushing hammer inside, in high speed rotation way the bowl will have vibrating and grinding function, It will crush the samples into 20-80 mesh by crushing ring and crushing hammer in 2-6 mintues, The output powders can be used for test directly.
There are different bowls for choose, such as high manganese steel bowl, Wear-resistant alloy bowl, chrome steel bowl, tungsten carbide etc. Different hardness, different bowl .
Working Principle
The material will load into the sealing bowl, inside with crushing ring and crushing hammer, the motor will bring the crushing hammer in the high speed rotation, to produce the vibration and friction force, thereby crushing the mesh size.
